Inside, the freezer can fit full size 1/1GN gastronorm trays and comes with four sturdy adjustable shelves that can be rearranged depending on the size of frozen goods.
The unit is fitted with a stainless steel benchtop, as well as removable castor wheels and height adjustable legs for easy positioning.
It requires just 0.9m² of floor space, and can operate in ambient temperatures of up to 40°C.
