  • This salad prep unit makes preparation of salads, sandwiches and pizza easy, thanks to the 299mm polyethylene cutting board included.
  • Ingredients are kept fresh via a forced air refrigeration system and the foam insulated lid and hood which keeps food at the perfect temperature.
  • The sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor allows for efficient airflow.
  • Supplied with 8x 1/6 clear polycarbonate GNfood Pans, up to 100mm deep.
